Frances Wang Deveney
Frances Wang Deveney (“Fran”) is an aggressive and experienced litigator of over twenty-five years who has served as primary trial counsel in more than a thousand cases involving birth injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation, nursing home and long-term care, employment-related issues, products liability, consumer fraud and class actions.
Fran has argued and won cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and New Jersey Appellate Courts. She has litigated complex and high-exposure cases in Federal and State Courts and has been involved in many notable cases setting precedent in favor of her clients.
